Let Buster Bovine, CEO of Fantasy Lake Farm, and his Barnyard Gang, show your employees how to improve their customer service and problem solving skills.

The exercise scenario takes place at the Fantasy Lake Farm, a local cooperative farm venture owned and operated by the farm animals, all of which take on human characteristics - at least for the purpose of this activity. The main product of the farm is Mooton Latte, a delicious dairy beverage that has been highly popular with both members of the area community and, for that matter, with the residents of the farm co-op, themselves. But lately there has been a rash of customer complaints about poor service from the farm'’s retail outlet. This has resulted in a significant drop in the sale of Mooton Latte. Exercise participants take the roles of a barnyard task team with names like Legga Lamb, Pauline Poulet, and Sam Squeal who are assigned to identify and correct the customer service problems before they seriously affect Fantasy Lake Farms’ financial health.

Excellent for customer service training, problem analysis and problem solving, team interaction and communication improvement. Also terrific as a general purpose motivational "fun type" activity for meetings and conferences.

This exercise has been designed so that it is equally suitable for both managerial and non-managerial employees, alike. Employees at any organizational level will find it to be fun and a valuable learning experience. Requires about one and one-half hours.
